But the ideal vision is that we want a museum slash archive, freestanding museum archive, which can be a tourist center for people coming to the Albuquerque area or specifically Rio Rancho.

And so, as you know, we had representatives from the city of Rio Rancho, Sandoval County, the Rio Rancho public school system.

We had the architects and planners there.

State Senator Jay Block was there.

And we're at a point where we need more space, and we really want to create a true interactive museum educational center.

And so with that, we need to bring in the architects, create that vision, show people exactly what we're trying to create to drive revenue.

And as I've joked in many different interviews and conversations with people in Rio Rancho and Sandoval County, we're not talking little green men, but we are talking little green dollars.

I have the recordings released to me by the Sandoval County Sheriff's Office in response to a public records request.

Nobody has ever played them.

Nobody's ever written about what's on them.

I'm telling you about the odds.

One more thing before we start, and I wanna say it up front rather than bury it.

Over the past few weeks, I've been in contact with a Detective Donald Chewning of the Sandoval County Sheriff's Office.

He is currently in charge of Ingrid's case.

already time sounds like a party and uh san juan county democrat uh excuse me a similar story played out in sandoval county where democrats tried to replace falanga taylor now they said similar i'm thinking like something scandalous happened with her she got tied to a very horrific event that occurred with her ex but doesn't say any details about what it was so it had to be pretty bad your ex had to have done something pretty bad to uh make you drop out of a race but um yeah my my biggest gripe with that is is um you know the filling candidate i'm okay with that if there's a deadline for filling candidates and they drop out within that deadline but if there's actually a a deadline for write-in candidates that's that's crazy that is

We started that process, like a nationwide selection process for where to locate that.

The economic development team in Sandoval County in New Mexico were phenomenal, the governor's office.

The thing that you're looking for, and I think is important for folks to understand when you do these large infrastructure projects, what you need is not regulatory certainty in the sense of, like, you must just rubber stamp any requests we have, but what you really need is certainty on the timelines to receive permits, knowing who it is you need to talk to, knowing what permits you need.

Like, it's so complex for a project of this scope of how many things have to happen.

That's amazing.

If you're in Sandoval County, awesome sauce.

But if you're outside of Sandoval County, that's really where he needs the additional support.

I think he's got Sandoval in the bag personally, but he needs the other counties to get on board as well.

So I would just encourage those of you who are not in Sandoval County to as well.

If you're fired up about Greg, go volunteer, give him some money, do what you can, make some phone calls and support him the best you can.

So anyway, okay.

On March 9th and 10th, 2026, NMDOJ conducted the first known full property search at Zorro Ranch, assisted by New Mexico State Police.

and Sandoval County canine teams.

FBI agents interviewed ranch manager Bryce Gordon on site in 2007, but no property search was conducted at that time.

Cadaver dogs and ground-penetrating radar were deployed.
