She owned and operated Tusa Integrated Clinic LLC, an addiction treatment center that fraudulently billed the Arizona Medicaid system over $69 million from approximately May 2022 through March of 2023. and they paid out $54.9 million on these fraudulent claims.

She is a licensed nurse practitioner, and she coordinated and carried out this massive healthcare fraud, exploiting and scheming vulnerable substance abuse patients that were looking for treatment.

The federal authorities seized almost $9.5 million in fraud proceeds from seven bank accounts under her control and nearly $7 million in real estate that she owned.

She's a licensed nurse practitioner, owned and operated an organization called TUSA Integrated Clinics in Santan Valley.

So she was billing more than $69 million between May of 2022 and March of 2023.

So that money was billed out.
