San Sebastián International Film Festival

Um, and, uh, it w- it, that was just all magical.

And then there was a moment at San Sebastian Film Festival a few years later where we, uh...

Where did we, did we premiere? No, I think it was the screening of Lady Macbeth.

Oh.

The authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident.

and finally a british filmmaker mike lee has won the top prize at san sebastian film festival for his latest social drama tender loving care the film about social workers supporting vulnerable people won the global shell for best film at the festival in the northern Spanish city.

The victory comes at a time when the 83-year-old had previously announced he was suffering from a medical condition affecting his muscles and that it would probably be his last film.

He won top prize at the Cannes Film Festival in 1996 for Secrets and Lies and at Venice in 2004 for Vera Drake.

So there is a forthcoming film by Werner Herzog, and it is called Bucking Fastered.

It premiered over the weekend at the San Sebastian Film Festival in Spain.

So I guess there is a scene where, like we said, there is a threesome between Rooney Mara, Kate Mara, and Orlando Bloom.

So some fans took to Reddit to share their thoughts on the forthcoming film.

And finally, Spain saw a record 5.68 billion euros spent on film and TV production in 2025, a rise of 45% compared to 2022, according to a Spain Film Commission study.

Presenting a preview of the report at the San Sebastian Film Festival this week, Augsburg SBI consultant Kaylee Hughes said, a very clear finding from the research is just how significant the audiovisual sector is becoming in Spain.

International productions that have recently shot in Spain include Disney's live-action version of Tangled, Amazon's Tomb Raider series, and Apple TV's Murderbot series starring Alexander Skarsgård.

Venice competition titles Bunker, starring Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem, and Nanny Moretti's Will It Happen Tonight also use Spanish locations.

Oh

... um, at San, uh, San Sebastian Film Festival, or you received it.

Uh, how does that feel?

Um, it's m- what an honor, you know? I mean, I, um, I have had a pretty expansive career, especially considering I started quite late-

Because the chance of you not liking it is about as likely as Scott Baio landing another TV series.

As far as the preliminary information goes, first of all, in 1975, it premiered at the San Sebastian Film Festival in Spain.

That was on September 19th.

That's where it had its first screening.
