Downtown is just going to amplify that even more, I think.

Well, speak to, you know, you're raising your family in San Jose.

What do families need to know about, you know, so there's obviously the age of the neighborhood.

The schools are going to be a little older.

Like that's pretty normal there that that's you know and i would say that to a buyer seller too like if you've got a second bathroom that's a gold mine yeah

if you're gonna do anything at a bathroom right yeah

that goes a long way there so but yeah so for families there it might be like your first stepping stone there are some bigger homes but you know in bigger backyards but you really got to know where to find them it's a it's a short a small pool but yeah and so then when we ended up moving to San Jose it was just we needed more space and I could feel the energy of San Marco still in San Jose you're just south of it we're just south of you know Hendricks turns into San Jose school districts are definitely a thing I know Hendricks Elementary is a big school a lot of folks try to get into it's an a school but if you're right beyond the line suddenly you're not in hendrick's school district anymore and it's very competitive from a school choice standpoint but you know for us we needed more space and i could tell that the values in san marco were going up and up and up and they pretty much still are but those values have now trickled down to san jose and we're seeing you know lakewood and san jose forest that If you were looking in San Marco, look just out of that because you're five minutes from San Marco and you can get a lot more space or, you know, into a different neighborhood.

There's kind of a lot of hidden gems over there that maybe haven't been tapped into yet the way San Marco is.
