But there's a lot

to get right here with good furniture in and getting everything kind of staged so that when that tenant does finally walk through the door, they think, OK, I could just move in here right now.

And we buy with emotion first and then we back up that decision with logic.

So you really need to captivate that person and get them kind of emotionally bought in.

And the best way to do that is to present it beautifully.

So it's getting that staging in, getting it all looking beautiful so that when the tenant walks in, it looks great.

And then, you know, you've spent all this money on your refurb.
