Multiple recent U.S. sightings of cybercabs occurred, including in Washington, Florida, New York, and Texas.

Two cybercabs were parked near a Tesla supercharger close to a resident home in Sammamish, Washington.

A cybercab was observed on the 192 near Disney World on September 10.

A cybercab was seen on the Cross Island Expressway with a driver behind the wheel in the New York area.

And there's some areas even more than that and little pockets.

And so like my pocket is which is basically Redmond, Sammamish, those areas that are kind of like Microsoft heavy, it's up 82% year over year.

So call me crazy, but you're not done dropping in price.

Call me crazy.

And that behavior is appearing even among highly paid technology workers.

In affluent Seattle area markets such as Bellevue and Sammamish, pending sales of the most expensive homes fell 15% from a year earlier during the three months through July.

Homes priced above 2 million took an average of 44 days to sell compared with only nine days back in 2022.

Now taxes and extreme prices obviously matter, but so do technology sector layoffs and the disappearance of confidence in future compensation.

For the people that are listening, it is truly insane.

We're both from Sammamish, Washington, a little town outside of Seattle, about 40 minutes.

And we had back-to-back number one quarterbacks in the country in Jake Heaps and then Max took over as a sophomore when I was a senior.

But then we had the number one receiver in the country when you stepped in as a sophomore in Cason Williams.

Which is insane, the amount of talent.

When you talk about the transferring now and recruiting, the amount of local talent that we had out of Sammamish is insane.

Dude, I feel like such a washed-up guy when I try to explain it to people now.

Here, once we moved to Sammamish, it was mostly for my mom's job.

And my dad ended up getting out of TV.

Like being in Spokane, I don't know what my life would have looked like because I have a lot of friends that became successful after living in Spokane, but I have more friends that got into tougher things in Spokane.

It's whatever opportunity you're given, right? Like you gotta make the most of it.

But I think my parents put us in a really good spot by growing up in Sammamish before it really exploded.

So now it's huge.

And especially when you look at how many of these other high-end visitors are going to be on campus this weekend, it's really fun to see.

Where I want to take a minute here to talk about a pair of tight ends in four-star Titan McNeil and Presley DeLance, obviously Titan McNeil, being from Eastside Catholic High School here in Sammamish, Washington, where he's the number one ranked tight end in the country.

Presley DeLance is somebody who is a fast-rising guy out of Oregon.

He's got offers from all over the country.

Principal dreams, it'll grow into something that goes all around the world.

It starts from here, Sammamish, and if a kid or a child or a person wants to draw something and they're all the way over in Uganda, a person in Uganda who's a volunteer can draw it, can 3D design it, print it, and ship it to them to reduce art costs and to make the whole process faster.

Yeah, I love that.

It was more to learn and embrace yoga as a lifestyle and understand what it takes to truly be in the yogic world.

In 2020 when the whole world shut down and we were just working remotely, there was this one individual who lived in Sammamish, and they reached out to me and they said, "I found out about you from one of my colleagues who took the yoga training with me in Mumbai in India." And she was like, "No, I really wanna learn.

Would you please teach me?" I was like, "Okay, fine." I was doing nothing on weekends at the time.

And all of the five people I worked with in those three months, while we were working on bringing yoga in their life, they started seeing their relationships and their careers improve heavily.

So now we've got two very partisan organizations and entities that are very clearly tied to Washingtonians for Ethical Government.

And then the individual who is actually filing the complaint on behalf of the Washingtonians for Ethical Government is Sammamish City Councilwoman Pam Stewart, who spends her free time at Sammamish Safeways harassing signature gatherers for the Let's Go Washington initiatives.

So you have all these people involved who their day jobs are to defeat the Let's Go Washington initiatives.
