basically in between like 2010 2012 was the period we were in the restaurant called monsoon my dad took over for a bit he had that for about two years the lease came to an end and at that point my cousin ebby um his dad's got a shop in guilloch head dad's no longer with us but he um had a shop in guilloch head and ebby obviously knew the area of helensborough guilloch head quite well and he's seen a pub come up for sale and then he was on my dad's case for a while about this like listen let's take this place over and let's turn it into a Why do you want to just, like, keep trying to find another restaurant elsewhere? This is, Hellasborough is a good place to open a restaurant.

It's an affluent area.

It's an old sailors town because of the base up the road.

And you'll do well here for what you do.

Obviously that's just mammal.

So Ebby and my dad took that restaurant over in 2013.
