Tell us a little bit about your speaking and how you've gotten to be able to stand in front of a large audience commanding, with a commanding beautiful presence, but actually driving results with your presentations too.
38:21
OK, so I do two speaking tours a year.
38:23
I do one in the spring and one in the fall.
38:24
It's all kind of melting together.
38:26
So it's like one big tour at this point.
38:29
But my speaking career started in fifth grade.
38:33
And I think that's something you talked about people doing work for 10 years behind the scenes.

6 MINS LATER

44:32
So where do you see humanity going with AI coming onto the scene? And why is it so important for people to lean into raising their frequency, hiring someone like you as an executive coach, bringing you in to speak to their people, doing executive retreats with sound healing and the different modalities that you have? Tell us a little bit about your thoughts about where things are going.
15:07
Do you have a practice that works for you that you've seen help other people?
15:10
1000%.
15:12
I have a whole entire e-course built on this.
15:14
It's called the Manifesting Masterclass.
15:17
And it's not about the fluffy, easy peasy, go just manifest and float into the wind and hope and wish it comes and lands in your pocket, right? It's really not about that.
15:29
And if you're following people who think that that's the way, you're missing something so crucial and important, right? Well, a few different things.
15:38
One of them is nervous system regulation.

8 MINS LATER

23:23
I thought the perception was going to be.
10:55
so how is it different
10:57
So it uses the same components, right? It uses sound bowls and frequency in similar ways.
11:02
The chamber method is a method that I developed with trauma-informed care from my psychology background.
11:09
Because I know the way that the brain works, because I know the psychology and the function of different neural pathways, and I am EMDR certified.
11:19
which is eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
11:21
It's a type of trauma-informed therapy.
11:25
I use that type of method in my sound healing method.
13:57
So is there a frequency to live longer?
2:16
So how did that shift into now the work you're doing today? Yeah.
2:19
You know, it's same, same, but different.
2:22
I like to call it like therapy light now.
2:24
I don't get into the deep traumas.
2:26
I absolutely can.
2:27
That's my expertise.
2:28
I loved my work as a therapist, but I didn't love the system because there was a lot of limitations in the system and just parts of it weren't settling in my system anymore.

16 MINS LATER

18:25
So fun.
4:12
Mm.
4:12
Similar to the diamond, you know? It starts off rough, and you get tumbled around a lot, and then you're unstoppable and unbreakable, and then you become this beautiful, shiny thing that is desirable, right? So my upbringing was very similar to that.
4:29
It started off very, very rough.
4:31
Like, I grew up poor, and I'm not talking, like, a little bit of poor.
4:36
I'm talking, like, food boxes, the lights got turned off, no water kind of poor.
4:49
Mm.
4:49
Like, I was really independent, and y- you know, I k- I knew that I wanted something bigger for my life.
4:56
Um, so if we jump forward, like, through all the details of the childhood trauma, um, 16, my dad passed away, and that was kind of the, the impetus of, like, where a lot of shifting happened for me.
