We all know Sam Wilson is going to use his shiny new shield, so that's not exactly a surprise.

So let's look at some of the best comic book storylines we can see in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Captain America Civil War is one of my favorite Marvel movies, and I know there are a lot of fans out there who feel the same.

But if you're a comic book fan, then you know there's actually a Civil War II electric boogaloo.

Okay, I made up that last part, but there is a Civil War II event, and I think some aspects of it will likely end up being incorporated into the Falcon and the Winter Soldier, especially since we know Wyatt Russell has joined the cast as John Walker.

I've talked about John Walker and his role as US agent before, so I'll keep this short and sweet.

He's a government-sponsored hero who was supposed to be a new Captain America type, but one who was better at following orders than Steve Rogers.

Pretty much the same setup we saw in the first trailer when Thor is giving his speech to the teams.

uh and ant-man is ant-man does this classic thing of thinking he's buddies with steve rogers and calling him cap but then he's like oh i mean not you sam like steve and then he's yeah so a little a little joke about the two caps there uh which is kind of funny but also it's kind of like really like we're doing like this just continuously feels like beating down on sam wilson it's like oh even the characters in the movie are still calling steve cap i don't know how i felt about that because like At one point, in one half of it, it's almost like a joke towards people who still don't accept Sam as Cab.

In another way, it's almost like legitimizing that thought process because characters in-universe are still struggling with it.

You know what I mean? I don't know.
