Sam Ricketts

But, uh, Jon, actually [laughs] before the game as well, he went into the hospitality lounge and, and literally walked ...

Sam Ricketts was doing a, a, a piece with hospitality.

So Sam was doing a speech, and apparently Jon walked straight across.

How, I mean, I don't know how many people, you know, didn't wanna stand up and, and confront him or whatever, 'cause obviously Sam's, Sam Ricketts is doing the talking.

But, um, yeah, Jon, Jon came in with a right grin across his face.

"You'll never guess what I've just done."

Temporary charge for a few months.

And then Sam Ricketts came in as manager, ex-Wolves player.

Another real good guy.

I played all the way through that season.

But I think, look, Kenny got us out of, I think he's forgotten, out of League Two into League One and nearly, you know, penalty kicks away from getting into the Championship.

And also signed Monk, Sam Ricketts around that time, Forbesy come in.

You know, he made some important signings for the team.

He went and played a lot of games for the football club and done really well for us.
