That guy is so-

He's pretty, he's- he's great.

It's gonna be there.

But he plays a completely, like, normal newscaster guy who's just like a nerd and everything.

Not like this, but like, oh my God, Sam Reid in the show.

I quite enjoyed it.

I think Sam Reid is great in that lead role.

They are doing the next book, which is Queen of the Damned, which... is i they're working presumably they're going to work lestat and louis into that i'm not sure how much they are in that book but they found a way of putting both lestat and louis into this series so i presumably they're going to do the same sort of thing with if they move forward as well reacher season four is out on prime video i'm we're up to the seventh episode i think and there's the eighth episode jobs this week i think that's correct but have been enjoying that i think that's been really good as well it's another solid series

just to comment on each other for a moment you know how this is obviously season four it's a good chunk of seasons in and it's just one of them so that shows i just haven't got to yet you know one of them things you want to watch something but you just haven't got to it and like i You watch it.

But there's a lot of actors out there who are a little bit older and have not yet been discovered.

Like, think about where did Anthony Starr come from? Where did Sam Reid come from? Where did Connor Story come from, right? Like, there are actors out there that you could discover and be like, Who the heck is this person? You know, Indy Navarrete is immune from all this, by the way.

Indy Navarrete is a good choice.

I don't know if she's a good rogue, but she's a good choice for the X-Men movie.

Uh, but he's really, really good as well.

But I think when people think of Interview with the Vampire these days, if they're not thinking of the new TV series starring Australia's own Sam Reid-

... as Lestat, um, then you tend to think of it as a Tom Cruise movie.

His singing is great, but his performance as Lestat, as a frontman of a rock band, is really impressive, magnificent, absurd, magical.

Yeah, there's no point when you watch it where you think, oh, that's Sam Reid as Lestat.

You see him walk on stage and you're like, oh, that's Lestat.

And that's, yeah, that's brilliant.

And a massive part of that success has to be credited to Sam Reid's performance as Lestat.

He is incredible.

He really is.

His continued connection to humanity fundamentally overhauls his most important defining relationship, his romance with his maker, Lestat, played by Sam Reid.

So the show portrays Louis and Lestat as a semi-openly gay couple.
