Well, I, I totally agree with that.

I've never heard anyone else say it, but I've-- I mean, honestly, I never read, um, Sam Maloof's book or Nakashima's book really until I started doing this podcast, because the people I've talked to have been so passionate about those guys that it kinda got me over the hump where I'm like, "Okay, I need to do this work." But I think I've always been a little gun shy for that reason.

Uh, but, but for, for those who are less furniture, um, nuts, the work of George or Mira Nakashima is like some of the most coveted modernist work out there along with works of Sam Maloof and Wharton Esherick.

It is some of the most expensive and sought after stuff because it is handmade, it is limited in quantity.
