Really, in my mind, when I think of sales is you're learning how to read another person in a very short micro period of time and then provide what they're looking for, provide a value.

And a big part about ethical sales, and I had to learn this on the doors, one of the reasons I stopped doing door-to-door sales actually and moved into this industry is I didn't like the fact that if I didn't have the best product for somebody, then the right thing to do is refer them to my competitors.
