13:07
... what you're going beyond that.
13:09
So same deal.
13:10
Uh, met Ray and that team again on Twitter, I think is, was the, the original thing of how that kind of crossed my, my desk, so to say.
13:19
Uh, they had just launched with Troy and at the Seacoast, uh, kind of their, their flagship, uh, uh, partner, if I can say it like that.
13:27
And so we're coming up, it'll be one year, uh, next month, so that's been incredible.
13:31
And I really noticed a, a-- people saw the Waco Buzz as a brand, uh, not night and day different, but, uh, it's like it, it took on form beyond it just being a digital expression after that first Dinner Club.
13:45
And really word started spreading in a big way about the platform after that.

38:41
... doing kind of what you're doing, so yeah.
5:26
normalize which is fucking awesome but you know rewind four or five years ago uh it was weird if you talked about manifestation or law of attraction or limiting beliefs and all that stuff so was there a moment for you that kind of whether it was a challenging period of time whether it was just this fed up with the results that you're seeing or not seeing what drove the decision to lean into it
5:47
yeah so probably realistically like for a to a lot of things really, like a lot of things around the world, that really woke me up to a degree.
6:03
Like I was going through a bit of a challenging period, period of my life sort of leading into that.
6:10
And that was when I really started to, not necessarily due to want, it was because I had to.
6:16
Like I was in a, probably not the best headspace in my early 20s.
6:21
Some of the things that I wanted to do didn't end up working out.
6:24
And...

13 MINS LATER

19:06
Can you give the listeners and the viewers a bit of an insight into what 7x is? And why? Like, why did you start that?
31:42
Uh, is there another one or two levers, one or two things you might like to see, uh, made from an adjustment perspective across the KFC BBL 16?
31:52
Yeah, I think holistically the comp's in a great spot.
31:54
I mean, highlight for us domestic players last year was the derby in front of 70,000.
31:59
Um, that was sort of back to peak time there where we had Chris Gayle and Kevin Pietersen rolling out, and there was 70 or 80,000 at G.
32:04
So, um, yeah, that showed that the comp was in a great spot, and I think this whole thing around the privatization's just to ensure that we can, yeah, keep the best players on our shores, uh, both domestically and internationally.
32:15
So, um, yeah, I think no doubt the BBL's in a good spot, and hopefully we have a big summer upcoming with some, yeah, good crowds.
32:21
And I think a double derby at the G, um, in what could be sort of the last sort of Renegades and Stars games should hopefully bring some good hype.
32:43
Would you like to participate on Christmas Day, or would you prefer not to?
3:08
Uh, is there another one or two levers, one or two things you might like to see, uh, made from an adjustment perspective across the KFC BBL 16?
3:18
Yeah, I think holistically the comp's in a great spot.
3:20
I mean, highlight for us domestic players last year was the derby in front of 70,000.
3:25
Um, that was sort of back to peak time there where we had Chris Gayle and Kevin Pietersen rolling out and there was 70 or 80,000 at G.
3:30
So, um, yeah, that showed that the comp was in a great spot and I think this whole thing around the privatization's just to ensure that we can, yeah, keep the best players on our shores, uh, both domestically and internationally.
3:41
So, um, yeah, I think no doubt the BBL's in a good spot and hopefully we have a big summer upcoming with some, yeah, good crowds and I think a double derby at the G, um, in what could be sort of the last sort of Renegades and Stars games should hopefully bring some good hype.
4:09
Would you like to participate on Christmas Day or would you prefer not to?
4:14
Uh, I'm probably happy at the moment not participating on Christmas Day, but, um, yeah, I've got a couple young kids which I enjoy spending the morning with, but for wherever cricket sort of heads, I think a strength of cricket these days is to be fairly adaptable.

15:45
yeah
15:46
so breath is the first thing it's our life force it's the first thing that we get when we enter this world it's the last thing that we leave behind and so if we can hold that yeah and pay attention to that and understand how the breath works in the body, then we get a lot more information.
16:02
Because we can listen to the breath, we can listen to those inner thoughts, we can quiet them.
16:07
So it's a mind over matter, but also meditation.
16:10
And it doesn't have to be sitting in a lotus position, oming with your eyes closed.
16:15
That's actually a very advanced form of meditation.
16:18
I often tell my clients to do walking meditation or intuitive walks, or just allowing the body to guide you rather than you taking over in the mind.

She's trying to answer my question.
5:40
Tell us a little bit about the course.
5:45
What I wanted to do was, as you know, I've been an ADI for 18 years and I discovered mindfulness and I found it so amazing and I was integrated into my work and it just got to a point where I just thought, I really need to be sharing this stuff.
6:03
So I've been planning for ages to make a course, something that I could share enough information about mindfulness to make it relatable and for driving instructors to be able to use mindfulness to their own benefits, to make them feel better.
6:18
and maybe be able to cope with stress and anxiety and other issues such as pain.
6:23
I used to suffer with chronic neck and shoulder pain.
6:26
The first thing I did is I actually held a focus group with some local instructors.
6:30
We had a conversation about what the issues are, you know, with our jobs and the difficulties that some of us encounter and that gave me some some some ideas really as to the issues that need addressing and of course we've all had pupils who suffer with anxiety and we all know that it's a huge barrier for learning a lot of these people are perfectly capable to drive the car but it's the whole stress and anxiety path that really causes difficulties especially around tests as well so i put a course together i just wanted to make it really comprehensive in that.

In fact, for anyone that didn't listen to the podcast, Just, I want to touch on it briefly, the idea of mindfulness, because we just spoke about your course, but for anyone that hasn't listened, how would you, how would you describe mindfulness and the benefits of it?
