You know, both you guys are speaking to pressures, and I'm curious, where is the heaviest pressure? Is it coming internally? Is it coming externally? It's like, where do you feel the heat in this moment? And it's okay if you say, I don't feel any heat at all, but I suspect that's not true.

I mean, I always feel heat as an entrepreneur, as a CEO.

Is that the truth? There are very, very rare times where I don't feel any heat.

But pay over the last couple of years, I think the biggest heat we felt is from inflation and rising costs.

We've had a lot of rising costs, a lot of salary demands for our staff and health insurance and benefits going up for our staff and everything like that.

So that's been one.
