And that's 1855 that they build the endowment house.

And it's going to be used for endowments all the way up until the, you know, almost to the point when the Salt Lake temple is, is dedicated.

So, so they, they actually, they actually create other dedicated spaces and so that people can still receive their endowments prior to the temples being completed, which is very similar to what happens when baptism for the dead is first revealed, right? Baptism for the dead is revealed, and people go down to the river and they start doing it.

I will say the new visitor center, the Salt Lake Temple, went through that a couple weeks ago.

A brilliant inspired thing there because obviously temple open houses are great.

They're gonna throw them in jail and they're going to eradicate the Latter-day Saints.

And so for July 4th of that year, they decide to lower the flags across the city of Salt Lake, at the courthouse, at the city municipal building, at the Salt Lake Temple, at ZSMI.

They lowered all the flags to half-mast because they said that we are in mourning, that this is the end of American liberty because look at what the nation has done to us.

That, by the way, almost causes a brawl in the center of Salt Lake when a number of the soldiers who are stationed in Salt Lake say that this is sacrilegious, this is unpatriotic, and the Mormons refused to raise the flags all the way up, and the compromise was they just took the flags off altogether.

And so they have to be able to recognize that we need to speak to these various other nations.

And also that our emphasis on the United States as a chosen nation just doesn't really work when you are trying to become an international denomination.

So you go to Temple Square in Salt Lake City today and you go outside the church office building just in front of the east end of the Salt Lake Temple.

And in that courtyard, they have something like 120 flags from different nations of the world.

Now, so far, there's been no word on the cause of death.

Meanwhile, additional tickets for the Salt Lake Temple Open House have been released to try to meet the overwhelming public demand, according to officials with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The new batch of tickets were made available last night at 6 o'clock, with another release of tickets set for October 1st.

The decision follows an initial wave earlier this month, where over a million reservations were claimed within 24 hours.

The open house will be running April 5th through October 1st of next year as part of the Salt Lake Temple celebration, marking the historic building's reopening following extensive renovations.

The public tours will offer a rare opportunity for visitors of all faiths to be able to view the interior before the temple is formally dedicated.

For those unable to attend the events in Utah, church leaders have confirmed that virtual tours and digital resources will be made available globally today.

The Hale Peak Express chairlift will add 200 more skiable acres and seven new runs to the resort, and it will be up and running for the upcoming season.

Officials with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints say that the massive renovation and seismic retrofit of the historic Salt Lake Temple remains on schedule ahead of the April 2027 open house.

Now, public tours are scheduled to run from April 5th through October 1st.

Following high demand for the initial tickets, church officials released additional reservations last night.

Nearly a million scooter trips were taken in Salt Lake City last year, and the city says it's on pace to beat that this year.
