So it was just kind of fun that first week to go into each person individually, hear what everyone said, and then together okay, this is your study group.

So for four weeks, this is gonna be what you are gonna focus on with the actual selling of the retail.

And I was reading in the Salon Today article that you talked about some like self-sabotaging behaviors that kind of came up during this week.

What are some things that you notice that stylists are doing that are self-sabotaging? Because I think that is a really direct and very beautiful way of saying some of the things that we do in the salon as service providers.
