Salmorejo

... sort of, but kinda turn it, like thickened it up into a sauce.

Uh, it's this, uh, uh, it's a tomato and red pepper soup called salmorejo.

And salmorejo, uh, again, is like, just like a, a cold tomato soup.

Uh, we thicken it up with, uh, bread and we turn it into almost like a, like a spreadable sauce sort of.

And then, uh, so instead of the innards of the tomato, we use the salmorejo and smear it on the bread, and then we put on a piece of, uh, uh, Serrano ham and top it-

... with a little bit of olive oil.
