There's some additional standards that kick in at 600 kilowatt hours.

Saline County is a thousand and Solano County, California is a county that we've been looking at pretty closely and they led a seminar with the American Planning Association and have some very detailed, very heavily studied regulations that they put forward, their threshold is at 1000 kilowatt hours.

So for our first key discussion question, I'm interested in what should be the threshold for dividing between a smaller and a larger scale.

And what I really mean by that is at what level do you as planning commissioners feel this is okay to be processed with just a building permit or this is something that needs to be going to a public hearing so it might not necessarily looking for a number from you i recognize that's quite technical but what i am looking for is Is there a certain size? Is there a certain visibility that is especially concerning that that is where we should draw the line that this requires a public hearing or a conditional use permit? This does not.

So I'd like to understand that better in determining kind of a threshold.

And then I would also be interested in acreage and noise and how that changes with the different sizes of these installations.

And I was wondering, do we have much information on community reactions to this in Pratt or Saline? Because since it's relatively new, I'd love to see kind of what things people are facing in terms of you know, fire risks or noise or any complaints like that.

As far as community reaction, I know there has been a lot of community reaction to a proposed project in saline county and in a variety of other places.
