Um, but again, in saying that, my dad knew me from being a little kid and, you know, the number of times, even when, you know, in, in my late, mid-30s when I was self-coached, um, he would still always be the, you know, the guy who I'd go to, you know, at certain times of, like, you know, "What do you think of this?" You know, and still pick his brains, and he just knew me and knew my body and that sort of thing, which was, which was, which was nice to have, you know.

But linked up with Sale Harriers in Manchester.

Um, Norman Poole was coaching there.

And in third was Liverpool Harriers in 64-09.

In the younger athletes races, notable performances came from Sale Harriers in the under-18 women's race, where their A team finished first and their B team finished second.

And Sale also took the win in the under-12 girls race, while Solford were the winners at the under-14 boys race.

So, we're going to go back to the controversial comment.
