I think it's a very intriguing idea.

At issue, a pair of taxpayer-funded statues of St. Michael and St. Florian, the Catholic patron saints of police and firefighters.

They were set to be installed at the front entrance of the brand-new Quincy Police headquarters building.

However, an ACLU lawsuit claimed having religious imagery at a public safety building would violate the state constitution promoting a specific religion.

It is not a long walk, but quite a taxing walk as you go from the monastery of St. Peter's, which is built at the foot of a mountain called Monaksberg, which means Monk's Mountain.
