What's going on?

So I have an example I'm going to use here in Safety Harbor in my little town.

that will pull up and walk through to try to help you make sure you're pricing right.

Because pricing is a strategy, it's not a value question.

Really good all over the bay, but those are his home waters.

but they're probably gonna go into an AI tool and ask for help for fun this morning I went into chat GPT I do not have a chat GPT account so what I like about that is I can go in and I'm just using it as a blind user basically it doesn't have any history on me I don't use chat GPT so I went into chat GPT this morning and I'm gonna show you what I did I just asked who is the best realtor in Safety Harbor Now, Steve, I think the probability of people asking questions like that is pretty high.

I think if they're in there doing research and finding stuff out, they're going to ask a question like, who's the best realtor? Who should I use? So I was curious about the answers because I know agents here.

We finally have added what I think will be a third annual event back in Safety Harbor, but we had to do it over time.
