Safari West

Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes of a wildlife park? Hi, I'm your host, Jasmine, and this is The Hill and Beyond, a new podcast from Safari West Zoological Society.

Each episode will take you behind the scenes and into the stories that don't make it onto the tours.

We'll follow a hand-reared giraffe's journey, dive into ongoing conservation projects here at the facility, and give you an inside look at the species that call Safari West home, plus many more.

Whether you're a longtime guest or just discovering us, The Hill and Beyond will bring you closer to

the animals, the land, and the people who care for both.

Oh, wow.

And then many people don't know, but birds also get enrichment.

So here at Safari West, a lot of our animals get different type of enrichments.
