Sacred language

The course will show how letters move beyond ordinary signs of speech to become symbolic divine realities.

The course begins with the Quranic and prophetic foundations of sacred language, including divine speech, Arabic, revelation, and the sacred function of words, sounds, and letters.

This is important.

For example, Because the Qur'an is in Arabic and it's preserved as God said in the Qur'an, إِنَّ نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّ لَهُ لَحَافِنُ So he preserved the original Arabic words and letters which Muslims believe he spoke.

So God spoke in this language.

Similarly, the Torah of Moses says, God spoke to Moses and delivered the Torah in Hebrew.

So, for example, Hebrew and Arabic are considered sacred languages because God spoke through these languages.

Similarly, in Christianity, Aramaic.
