Saco

So he is my mentor that I had back when I was in college.

He runs his own catering company, Blue Elephant Catering, based out of Saco, Maine.

And he got his start really kind of in the catering and event planning business.

And I learned kind of really a lot from him in regards to kind of organization, helping clients to understand what the process is.

It's called Elements Bookstore and Cafe, I believe.

And the Biddeford Saco area is experiencing a resurgence.

I think it started around 2015, where they took a lot of the old mills and they renovated them.

And they became a place for business and residential use.

So Rinaldi Energy is a locally owned company based out of Saco, Maine.

We supply heating oil, kerosene, gasoline, and diesel.

to both residential and commercial customers.

And, and, uh, yeah, I, I, I did, before I bought the lodge, you know, I was doing a lot of hunting in my backyard, basically.

I, you know, I still live in Saco.

Well, that's right, yeah.

I did a lot of, yeah, I did a lot of hunting down that way within, within an hour of the house, and, and that's where I found the pheasant to be.

For example, at least once a year, I take the train from...

It actually leaves from Saco, Maine, just outside of Portland, all the way down to Boston.

And it's a nice little train ride.

It's about two and a half hours.
