And the mayor of Sackets Harbor, which is this fascinating place, um, in New York State, right? It's like 1812, uh, War of 1812 battlegrounds and whatnot, so it's a really, on the shores of Lake Ontario/Lake America, evocative place.

The mayor there, who's a Democrat, is saying to me, "Well, you know, maybe this is gonna mobilize people, and, but y- I know the Canadians are really counting on Americans to put pressure on our elected representatives to, to change things with the United States." But my question to him was, is that real? Like, like, you guys have a conversation, uh, there is a conversation happening in America right now about, what, war on Iran, gas prices, obviously related.

A conversation about ICE, the Epstein files, you name it.

And the marathon, and I still don't understand it, is 26.2 miles.

I'm looking out at North America's most controversial lake with Alex Morja, the mayor of Sackets Harbor, New York.

We're on the side of the border where Google Maps tells us this is Lake America.

But the mayor, who is a Democrat, is taking pains to say the name that U.S. President Donald Trump wants to leave behind.

So Mayor Morja thinks few people are actually embracing the name Lake America.

But in his own village, a business with a very relevant name is finding out there is some support.

Ryan then went on to play Sour and Bluebird acoustically in the studios and then he went on to own the night at Brew York Festival in Sackets Harbor, belting out a mixture of originals and cover songs and things went so well.

So as you hear him, he's saying that his community has been feeling the impact of Canadian anger with the American administration, that the community has lost a lot of this critical tourism from Canada as a result.

And he says he was in Kingston last week to attend the Bryan Adams concert to show people that many Canadians don't agree with the federal government.
