I think we read issue one, like when it came out and, and yeah, like by itself it was like this is fine but i read all three like back to back to back just and it was like oh no okay there's some things happening here i'm interested the artwork is good it's i don't know that it's groundbreaking or anything but it's just solid it's a solid daredevil story so i love daredevil so that's good so anyway so i'm starting to like find my way back into marvel and and captain america is good and and i know that this is this avengers is chip zadarsky and he's continuing the cap stuff and all that stuff so like i know he's building towards something so um i want to see how it plays out and i hope that

uh that bearing cover by ryan stegman's nice that they feature in the catalog

Yeah, I guess I'm just, do we need to relaunch it again? How many Avengers number ones are out there? I know it's marketing.

hey everybody welcome back time again for word balloon the comic book conversation show john sutras here sanford green back on word balloon great to talk to sanford uh man he's got a big one shot coming up in october and that is dark side versus the world him and scott snyder are uh going to uh start unpacking exactly what happened to dark side after the events of dc ko a little bit more to the mystery I'm very excited for that.

He also worked on a great X-Men annual earlier this year with Ryan Stegman writing, but also drawing, and Steve Skros doing drawing as well.

A very fun meta X-Men annual.

We'll talk about that.

We were talking about this off the air, and that was this year's X-Men Annual.

And Stegman wrote it, and you've got interiors in there, but also tell people about your participation in the story as well.

So me and Stegman, Ryan Stegman, We're buddies and we talk periodically about just stuff, what we're working on.

And he had this idea about putting together a story.

And, and it was where all the up-and-coming, you know, creators, aspiring, uh, comic book professionals were.

Like Ryan Stegman was in there, Ottley was in there.

A lot of people who are, you know, prominent pros today.

And, um, I remember just being excited to support his career.

And Neto Diaz has been drawn.

I think Ryan Stegman obviously is the designer of a lot of these outfits.

but they sort of became what I know them to be under Nathodeus, you know? Um, so I'm excited for, are you excited for DNX? Yeah, I'm excited for DNX.

It means next month we're going to have to read

Cause it's like, okay, that's a gambit adventure we've never seen before.

Right.

But Scott's in the Ryan Stegman outfit and they're in new Orleans.
