Ryan Mallett

He is one of the most special ball throwers that I've ever seen.

A guy that comes to mind when I think of him is Ryan Mallett.

He was another guy that just sling the ball unlike anybody you've ever been able to see before.

And so these guys, I do think that there's something about getting too much too soon when you're young and you need to find ways to manufacture, um, this hunger that you need to continually improve every single year.

I mean, I remember when Tom Brady was not even close to the end of his sojourn with New England and they drafted Ryan Mallett out of Arkansas.

You would have thought that that was the biggest slight in the world to Tom Brady.

He was acting like like the world had just like fallen down on him that they had actually drafted another quarterback thinking that maybe he could be done in the next five years.

And you need to find ways to manufacture this, this, this hunger that you need to continually improve every single year.
