Ryan Hinkle

I think at every level.

So if you look at me as like the junior most person in the building, immediately above me was a guy named Ryan Hinkle, who is now one of the senior partners there and has kind of stayed at Insight and grown through Insight's colossal increase in scope and influence and assets under management.

And Ryan spent so much time with me, teaching me how to build leveraged buyout models, how he ran the courses that analyst classes took to understand the fundamentals of venture capital and how deals get structured and how venture capital firms work and make money.

And what all these terms are really like a professorial kind of mentor style relationship and genuinely and authentically like interested in what we were interested in too.
