So, yeah we're aiming for every silver that we can try and get our hands on which every club's going to do the same thing every pre-season these are your goals what we're going to do but uh no we like i said we've we've lost a few players hopefully we can replace them players with uh you know some talent and you know just build our squad's not big we've not got a big squad like your wiggins and your leads so i think we're like a 28-month squad so you know we need to prepare well I think Derek's doing what he does behind the scenes and promoting the club I think the game day experience that Derek does I think promotes the game a little bit more better and so no I'm looking forward to it it's probably coming into my last year of playing Super League so no I'm just going to go out there and enjoy it and just see what we can do

How pleased was you that Ryan Hall and his boots come on

no I've loved that little battle between me and him and just the longevity of what me and Ryan have been doing he's played a few more years than me but us going head to head both wingers like it has been a good little battle and no I was gutted that he retired because like I say it's it's the battle that me and him have been building and i've been chasing him and and it's just the something that you know i can't chase anyone now i've just got to try and push that try tally as much as possible so no one can chase me so no i'm like i said the longevity that ryan's done i'm you know, I really look up to Ryan for, like I say, what he does.

All the small things that Ryan does, what no one sees, backfield carries, organising, like, he's a leader and, you know, he's been a good player in Super League.

think if there's any young wingers out there that... that want to understand what it means to be a winger and longevity in the game.

If you can get as many videos as you can of Ryan Hall and just, or stats sheets seasonally of Ryan Hall about what meters made, carries, where his carries are on the field.

That's not to add to his try scoring, which is only second now to Josh in Super League.
