And so the census is becoming an even bigger deal now than it was just with the presidential states.
62:12
Yeah, there's obviously some examples where that may not be true.
62:15
Like, if Georgia gets this extra seat, it'll probably be in Atlanta.
62:17
That might be a Democratic seat.
62:19
Uh, you know, if Austin is growing very big and Repub- and Texas gets four seats, one may be a Democratic seat out of Austin.
62:26
It will also alleve pressure out of the Republican seats not to stretch so thin, so not to have a dummy mander.
62:32
That could all be possible.
63:50
How many electoral votes is Venezuela going to have in the '28 election? And i- is it a swing state, a blue state, a red state?

71:44
Ryan, give us the latest news on the redistricting fights because it was looking like we were going to run the table here and we've had some setbacks.
71:53
Well, I actually did a whole episode of this for my podcast, A Numbers Game, on iHeartRadio.
71:58
Here's what happened.
72:00
So in South Carolina, five Republican state senators joined all the Democrats to block the redistricting effort in South Carolina.
72:06
So right now, Jim Claiborne's seat is safe for him.
72:11
The governor said he's going to bring it to a special session, which would redistrict that one seat in South Carolina.
72:16
The governors over in Louisiana and Alabama, however, are leaving Democrats with one seat each as of now.

57:04
So-
57:04
But what happens then is there's a l- there's a big argument that goes on between, like, the Josh Gottheimers of Congress, who are much more moderate, obviously very more favorable on Israel and other issues, and then you have the AOC wing, you have the Squad.
57:16
And you have a real, real breakdown within the Democratic Party of where, what vision that they have going on, and I think you're gonna see them, I think you'll see the moderate Democrats cave to the woke, m- much more woke progressive wing of the party on issue after issue, which hurts them going into 2028.
57:35
So it's not a complete loss.
57:36
And then we go into '20...
57:37
You know, it's very funny, right now, you, if you see the left, they are having a nervous breakdown on Twitter.
57:41
They are, you know, they're like, "We're gonna redistrict New York and New Jersey and Minnesota, and we're gonna end up with Democrats with nothing." At the end of the day, Democrats face a long-term issue because as of right now, California, Oregon, Rhode Island, New York, and Illinois are going to lose nine seats.
60:15
[laughs] Yeah.
