Yeah.
18:47
Um, but yeah, my, my wife kind of managed the retail operations, and it's, it's a whole different beast getting into retail from wholesale.
18:57
Um- There's a, there's a lot of challenges that, um, we faced opening up.
19:03
I-- we had five or six stores total.
19:06
Um, and the final one, so, so we tried several different brands, several different price points and ways of selling, and the final one was mid-market.
19:15
And our goal with mids was to focus on just good quality, average second-hand trendy clothes, right? Like, w-we weren't focused on the super premium stuff that like a lot of vintage, uh, niche boutique stores focus on, and we weren't selling just general thrift stuff, which could be just a mixed bag where you're looking for treasure.
19:38
Um, we just had a lot of what, like, generally people are looking for, like trendy T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, denim.
