Can you guys just talk a little bit more about how this has benefited both of those pieces?
18:04
Yeah, I mean, coordinating with the GCs has been huge.
18:07
Like just kind of being able to put something up on the TV that was taken yesterday and say like, all right, you can see us working in this area.
18:14
You know, we have other crews working in this area.
18:16
This is the direction that we're working to have a visual aid And then, I mean, every morning we usually have the drone flight up on the TV here and just going over the planet a day with the foreman, being able to show them like, hey, here's where we want to stockpile this material or here's where we're going to dump this material.
18:33
And it also points out stuff that you wouldn't see on the ground.
18:36
Like maybe there's a shorter haul route that nobody's thought about before that's visual from the drone flight, but nobody can see it when you're on the ground in the weeds.

Absolutely.
1:22
But I wanted you to kind of communicate to people And I think athletes that are watching this and parents are watching this about how you use the arm care sensor to monitor yourself, how that becomes a practice in your programming.
1:37
Yeah.
1:37
So before and after every game that I have, mostly when I'm pitching, I use the fresh exam.
1:47
And basically what I do is I do four tests, internal, external, scaption, and grip.
1:53
And what it tells me is that if I'm ready to pitch that day or if I'm fatigued, if I'm fatigued that day, I might just inform my coach that and maybe shut it down for the day.
2:05
After the game, I use my post exam.
2:09
That's the same test, but it's just basically giving me the information if I did too much that day or it was just right.

But what have you seen in terms of your velocity progression?
