What do you think? You do own a ride, don't you?
7:01
I do, yes.
7:03
I'm a keen, obviously, Zwifter.
7:05
I use the ride during the winter months.
7:07
I use it every single day, and I've used it throughout the summer months as part of my training.
7:12
I will say, for full transparency, I found out about the Zwift Ride version 2 when I arrived here in NorCal with Eric, because Eric was sent one by Zwift.
7:21
So we have had a chance to have a play with it.

47:06
pay for that,
20:57
Like what's driving that gap and where's that coming from?
21:04
All of our expectations are being increased daily just because they are, right? Like 6, 12, 24 months ago, we weren't using Gen AI to be able to get an answer, an email that we could send out in 30 seconds that would take us an hour to craft before.
21:19
So Gen AI is making our world be able to go even faster and get answers faster and produce content faster and do everything quicker.
21:27
Right before that we had Amazon, right? Amazon changed the world in helping us understand that we could get something delivered to our front door and we didn't have to leave the house.
21:35
And so we still have these situations where organizations are failing to deliver on kind of what Amazon laid out as an easy to purchase, easy to deliver experience.
21:48
And they're still struggling.
21:48
And I think it's, you know, when you look at why they're struggling, I just had this experience with Home Depot.

34:23
I mean, what's like the root cause of their frustration that you're seeing, you know, is it, is it about money? Is it about something else?
6:22
So take us through the moment that that final domino
6:25
fell.
6:26
for me it was never a point of setting myself up as being somebody who made content about weight loss my journey was never a i never saw the end goal was being where i am now i never thought in a million years i'll be a cyclist i never even considered running um because i couldn't you know when i first um i remember the morning i woke up and um i had a hangover i drank heavily the night before you know i used to eat hundreds thousands of calories a week And it was my lifestyle.
6:57
I worked in a job which was a fast-paced, quite stressful job.
7:02
It had a big drinking culture.
7:05
And it was a world which I'd become accustomed to.
7:09
And it was normal because everyone around me lived that life as well.
9:29
So what was it about riding the bike in the garage on Zwift that took you over that plateau that nothing else could?
