And this has happened to me several times.

Ryan Bingham, Escalito, that is one of my favorites.

I hadn't even heard of Ryan Bingham until I heard him on, you know, like on satellite or something.

And I said, what is this? Now, and that was my favorite record.

Yeah, but that's happened several times.

And halfway through our set, two guys walk in to have a beer.

And it was Ryan Bingham's drummer and Roger Ray.

And they sat there for the rest of our set drinking beer by themselves.

We played in front of two people, two guys.

It would paradoxically become one of Music City's great underground rooms and one that routinely produced Grammy-nominated and Grammy-winning recordings.

The Del McCurry Band, Shemeika Copeland, The Devil Makes Three, Ryan Bingham, Della Mae, and The Steel Drivers heard here from their album Bad For You from 2020.

The studio would really earn it street cred when it became the favorite spot for Sturgill Simpson and, in his wake, Tyler Childers.

We'll talk about that later, but here I ask Sean to describe the place's atmosphere.

We work with a lot of cool artists these days.

We have, um, Dan Perry, Jackson Dean, Ryan Bingham, Clay Walker, um, a lot of names, you know, relatively split between developing and developed artists too.

I didn't get it until Tuesday afternoon.

I never understood that my Tuesday could be ruined by having to listen to music, but it was like I normally listen to Kill Tony at this time, and now I'm listening to fucking Ryan Bingham.
