Yeah, man, and Dakai's a great story, and I know you guys know it, but there'll be multiple ESPN a lot doing a big story on it.

You know, he started as a true freshman at Carrollton.

And you go back to the game he played and left tackle against Caleb Downs and Mill Creek and those guys.

That tells you how long this kid played at Carrollton.

You know, I think he was 305 as a freshman.

You know, then he gets the medical diagnosis.

Are your expectations higher on that? I feel like it has to be, but how much higher do you think the production could be from a pass rush standpoint now that Coach Knight's in the building?

So I would say first down pass defense and running the ball and stopping the run on defense are my confidence levels.

Yeah, so we went to rival high schools.

And I say this, I hate to blow him up.

Will was a hell of a high school athlete, and he was a year ahead of me.

We competed in basketball, baseball, football, played some summer league all-star stuff together.

And, you know, I don't know if people know the story.

Will was an easy Division I athlete, and at the end of his junior season, he was playing left field, comes in on a fly ball, collides with a shortstop, and broke his leg in half, and his senior year was done.

those two? I think Sark went and got what he knew he was missing.

And that's, you know, I said it a couple times, and I think some of the Texas fans got after me a little bit yesterday with some of the comments.

I didn't think Texas really wants to get in a phone booth and fight with you in some of those games.

I think Texas is the – they're the prettiest machine.

They're athletes.

When they get off the bus, I don't know about looking better than Texas, but can they finish off a fourth-quarter game? Can they get physical? Can they get in there and hit you in the mouth in the fourth quarter? And I think Sark went after what he thought he was missing, and I think it's a hell of a hire, especially defensively because – They're going to do what they do offensively.

Everyone talks about, Brad talks about them, y'all, understanding with Venables, it's such a, it's not just the SEC anymore, it's such a quarterback driven college football.

You gotta have a guy that can win games in the fourth quarter.

You start talking about the Texas game in Athens, Ole Miss in Athens, if Georgia gets that Gunner Stocker, they're gonna be a very deep problem.

Everything the Mannings did, everything Sartre did with him, was slowing everything down, letting him to develop.

I said last year when everybody had him the second coming of football Jesus, I said, slow your roll, okay? He hasn't played in Athens.

Hey, with that in mind, whether it's Texas or in Georgia, one of the more fertile recruiting grounds out there, where is the state of high school recruiting? How difficult is it these days for young athletes? Well,

Nope.

And that's why those guys are making all that money.

But I think Quintavius Johnson's a guy that's gonna play a lot.

Um, you look at Gabe Harris, they didn't have him the second game.

You look at the fourth quarter, I went back and watched the fourth quarter when they got the three stops on Trinidad Chambless.

Four plays in three d- drives, Gabe Harris either sacked, pressure, or caused Trinidad Chambless to bail on the play.

They sped it up because of Gabe Harris with him.

A little light compared to some classes, but what do you like about the class UGA is building so far?

Well, and I'll say this with conviction.

Georgia's got the number one running back class in America committed.

I think Keymont Spell is that guy.

And he's not the only elite running back, okay? So I won't get into that conversation.

But I'm telling you right now, you can save this.

You can cut it up.

So what's left on the board or at this point is, is Georgia just like the hunter? Are they looking for a potential late flip or two in the fall? Or is there anything else that they're pursuing that you think they could land this summer?

What are the biggest concerns about this Georgia team as we head into another season with Kirby Smart?

Man, young wide receivers.

I mean, you look at their tight end room, and I don't know if you can draw up on paper what Georgia's about to do out in their tight end room.

Nobody in the country is trotting out those five or six aliens they've got.

Now, saying that, they've got some very young wide receivers, and they've got some guys.

Listen, when you lose a Zachariah Branch, who was an absolute difference maker, elite player, scared you to death.

You had the game plan against him.

What is the thing that... would convince the rest of America that he is one of the best quarterbacks in the country?

Right.

So everybody's in the game now, and this is one of those elite tackle prospects.

They're, they're hard to find.

Same reason Georgia's heavily involved with Kennedy Jackson.

It's the same reason they're trying to keep Kelsey Adams out of Langston High School, who's been committed a while for Georgia.

Uh, Georgia was cl- Georgia was aware he was gonna take these visits.

Obviously, they didn't want him to.

So that being said, what needs, if any, are left to fill in this class?

Uh, you think it'll be a problem for Texas this weekend?

Well, I tell you Georgia's offensive line is, is really running the football.

And I'll say this, for all the people kind of outside the circle, and I know Jerry, uh, knows him well too and kinda what he brings, Mike Bobo's going to run the football.

They're going to stick to the game plan.

They're going to run the football, and it's kinda rare these days.

You know what I mean? Uh, hell, I'm a Falcons fan.

If they don't get three yards with Bijan, they saying, "You know, we're throwing it 80 times a game," which I don't understand.

He's gonna be tough for Texas to drop as well as that line around him.
