Loving yourself really helps with curating a life that is you because when something that's not me comes along I go nope I don't like that and I get rid of it I don't let it in and that that really really makes a difference because some people are living a lot of lives that are really not them that was the other thing about the spiritual awakening was that like Russian doll I looked around my life and I was like this is vapid I don't resonate with this at all And then I moved into authenticity, which also was a bit of insanity because it was like, who even am I? It was a raw nerve.

And it's so ironic that that looked like I was putting on something fake.

Putting together a great cast for these.

Yeah.

I mean, she has credits on the Netflix dark comedy Russian Doll.

Right.

Which is a brilliant show, but it's heavily existential, it's mind-bending.

They are signaling an intent to elevate the material.

Right.

So they want the sharp, rhythmic, often cynical dialogue of Russian Doll applied to the locker room dynamics.

Yes.

Okay.

She's a very prominent creator known for projects like Russian Doll and the Star Wars series, The Acolyte.

Right.

But by January twenty twenty-five, she officially exited the project, and her departure statement was incredibly telling.
