And yeah, I did the backyard events one in May and it was pretty special because obviously my first backyard ultra, I was excited anyway.

And when I found out Russ cook, the hardest geezer was doing it, I couldn't really believe it.

Cause I'd literally read his book like two weeks prior and I'm rocking up at the start of this backyard ultra running next to him was, was pretty cool.

But no, it was good.

So it was Stan Gaskell.

He's from London, and I've seen him do, say, a guy named Russ Cook, the hardest skis, ran from the bottom of Africa to the top, and he filmed the whole thing.

And then he went on another expedition, world's longest triathlon, last year, and he filmed the whole thing.

And he was with him the whole time.
