Because also now I was wondering now what if at some point in these years I shift the strategy because now those apartments are in a relatively low income area so it's not a lot of rent.

I was like what if I mix up the strategy and I mix in a commercial property here maybe a house in Runda here a house here and then that to maximize the return on investment.

I was like if you're actually really smart you can generate this passive income relatively easily and like disciplined and keep doing it consistently.

So I think it's there we just maybe don't sit and look at the numbers or maybe try to build a strategy or we think it's reserved for those people, not us.
