Runaway Bay

So that property is under full construction.

It's in Runaway Bay.

And we're really excited about that.

Now, going back to the other properties that we have, both in Negril, we have three.

And so they are going to really expand that family brand in the Caribbean.

They've announced new resorts in Barbados, in Exuma, which is the Bahamas, Runaway Bay in Jamaica.

And they are going to convert one of their current Stendhal's resorts into a Beecher's resort in Jamaica.

They're going to build new

So yes, Sandals Resorts is very confident about destination Jamaica.

Sandals Resort believes in destination Jamaica, and the expansion of everything that we're doing, yes, the three hotels, you know, that's a massive investment, but don't forget, we've talked about Beaches Resorts in Runaway Bay, St. Ann, Jamaica.

So we're, there are, there are projects that are pending, that are coming, that will eventually happen, all because of our confidence in every part of Jamaica.

And, and we are an organization that you will forever see our, our, our, our, our belief in Jamaica, not through lip service, not through say, "Hey, we're making a, a $100 million investment," and then that be it.
