What does this shift to a flexible power system means for the policymakers and for the power sector as a whole?
14:43
So I will start with my observation of the entire curtailment story.
14:50
First thing first, there are two different type of curtailments.
14:53
One happens when the system is at risk or the stability of entire power system at the national level is at the risk.
15:01
So that was covered in my report.
15:03
And then there is another type of curtailment that happens because the transmission network is not enough to... take the power from a solar project or a wind project to bring it to consumers.
15:14
So the very first one that I looked at in my report started because there were numbers that were coming out from grid controller of India.
