We can, like, upload a PDF of a manual and then basically bind a brain to that manual and then start asking it questions.

And so RTFM becomes the easiest thing ever because it reads the manual and then is the person who read the manual that you can ask questions of.

It's

When you're trying to understand a completely new field, how do you approach it?

RTFM, read the freaking manual.

[laughs]

I mean, I literally try to consume every single thing that I can.

Read the fucking manual.

RTFM.

Yes.

But then after COVID, I got the chance just to very quickly run all of the production, manage the production and the contract relationships, just because I was quickly the eldest person there.

Okay.

RTFM.

Yeah, I created this for RallyDox Berlin last year.

It was a great success.

But it turns out, this is where AI is being useful.

Threat actors, most of them are lazy, and most of them are not going to RTFM.

They look for this is one of the reasons that they buy into the ransomware as a service tooling.

They just are good at sending phishing emails and they use a bunch of tools that are written by people with more skill.

So now they can use AI to unravel how a PLC works and monkey with our water systems and cause chaos.

And so AI is now enabled RTFM basically.

Yeah.

They're breaking security through obscurity, which is what is between us and the water system getting hacked.
