And because this takes longer than a single search to assemble a series of acquisitions, the timeframe is usually extended, the method of compensation is tweaked to accommodate a longer timeframe, The capitalization is different to allow multiple drawdowns.

One of the things we find so special about search is this concept of not only providing a seller with capital, but a seller with a bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, energetic, heavily incented, incented because it impacts their own wealth.
