Rover SD1

Some fantastic choices, safe to say.

They're amazing choices, aren't they? And I think sometimes, I think when I was choosing, I'd get a bit too bogged down and thinking, well, actually, that was designed in the 60s, even though it probably came out at the cusp of the decade.

It is, I think this is the, my Sweeney car.

This is the Rover SD1.

It's a 3.5 manual, one family owned car from 1980 with possibly the most interesting spec I've seen on one of these.

And we ended up taking out the engine because obviously we didn't need that.

And the fuel tanks and the exhaust ended up repurposing the engine and gearbox, sold it to a Rover SD1 owner.

So nothing was to waste, you know? And, um, and yeah, I went on this journey of, I visited a few EV conversion shops and I partnered up with someone.

Um, I won't mention any names here because I had rather a bad experience of about three and a half years of someone taking a lot of my money.
