So this – So Halloween, I will be in Round Lake, Illinois for All-Star Lucha Libre, which I'm going to create a six-man tag, which is going to be a lot of fun.

And then the 7th, the week after, which is my birthday, which we don't need to go into how old I'm turning – I am in a three- to four- to five-man super lucha scramble ridiculousness in Greenview, Illinois, for Pro Wrestling Now.

A groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of the project.

There is an article reporting how authorities identified 19-year-old Round Lake resident Eliza Viscano as the person who died after being struck by a CN freight train in downtown Grace Lake, Illinois.

Police said preliminary findings indicated an apparent suicide, and the investigation remains with the Grace Lake Police Department and Metro Police Department.

The incident disrupted Metro's North Central service and Milwaukee District North lines because the freight trains stopped near their intersection, limiting service during the evening commute.

The other is a newly public FDA warning letter to Baxter.

It's dated September 29th, became public this week, and centers on Baxter's Round Lake, Illinois facility.

FDA says the facilities and controls there weren't adequate to keep cephalosporin antibiotics from contaminating other drugs, and that monitoring found recurring cross-contamination.

The letter references a July 17 voluntary recall Baxter agreed to after FDA contact, so the recall itself is older news.

Cephalosporins are beta-lactams, and FDA calls beta-lactam cross-contamination a serious potential risk to patient safety with no safe level established.

The letter doesn't show that contaminated product reached or harmed patients, but with no safe threshold, a pattern of recurring findings carries real weight.

FDA also looks past Round Lake.

It concludes that repeated failures at multiple Baxter sites show inadequate management oversight of drug manufacturing, which moves the issue from a single plant to how the company runs quality.
