Another defeat for Rosslyn Park.

I had a lot of comments again from people I did on my reel last week about them being all fur coat and no knickers, but...

I'm seeing a lot of fur coat there, Rosslyn.

They really didn't want to lose against us.

And when they were, they really did not like losing.

I haven't seen that for Rosslyn Park.

I started year nine, year 10, year 11.

Then when it came to like when I was playing first team in year 12, I was actually living and me and Murray Redpath, Cam Redpath's younger brother, he's now at Rosslyn Park playing there but me and him were always like I'd start a game he'd start a game I'd start a game we'd come on at half time for each other but that was my like year 12 and yeah and then once I got into year 13 I was starting every game but we got quite unlucky because that was our COVID year we didn't have any games until the summer oh gutting yeah we only played we played gosforth academy home and then we played cell sharks like a cad school and then we did a tournament esha versus wit gift epsom and millfield but they were like 30

minute games covert times were weird mate that's when i started at loughborough and we were in like separated groups doing like five man training sessions it was just a strange time but Good to be past it.

Where did that then lead you, mate, from Sedpa? So you're in the Northern Academies up there, so that'll be the likes of Sale and Newcastle, right? Yeah, so I was part of, I was actually originally at Yorkshire

And in the last three seasons, they've now powered up to National League 1.

So they're playing the likes of Leeds Tykes, Rosslyn Park, Plymouth Albion, and just one step away from the champs.

It's been very exciting.

And yes, I did spend a few Saturdays following them around the West Country.

Second row unchanged with Captain Hugh Taylor and new addition Morgan Eames.

And in the back row, Sam Daly after a fantastic display against Rosslyn Park, and then Jarred Hailer, who had made a big impact on the bench on the open side with the stalwart Ben Moa at number eight.

We then had Jack Olsson at co-captain scrum-half, Ewan Jenkins at fly-half.

Uh, in the centers we had Archie Hill and Chris Preen, and on the wings, Noah Fenton and Oscar Stuart.

But Albion did a tremendous job at really nullifying Camborne's strength, which has always been a rolling maul.

And again, a lot of teams across National League 1, having seen what Blackheath did last season, it's a key part of the National 1 game, is having a strong lineout.

Albion last week against Rosslyn Park, Harry Wilkinson three tries from it.

And that's what we really saw again, is that actually Albion pinching their lineouts, not just unsettle them, but winning their lineouts.

And what a start to the season we have had.
