I just, I wanna go back to the last point you just made, and we'll talk about this more when we talk about TCAR specifically.

But I think we learned a lot from TCAR about best medical therapy and the management with dual antiplatelets and statins, and I think in vascular surgery, we've all gotten better with our medical management for carotid disease because of TCAR, ironically.

Now to your specific question.

So typically for bilateral carotid stenosis, my algorithm is such that I would treat the most severe stenosis first, and sometimes that's either clear based on duplex or based on CT.
