And now she faces the possibility of having a 150-foot steel transmission towers running through her cornfields, all to deliver electricity to a massive AI data center being developed in Piketon.

And after a months-long investigation and a grand jury meeting, deputies went looking for Brandon Henderson and Josh Saunders the same day they were indicted.

It was August 21st when Ross County Sheriff's deputies went to a home to arrest Brandon Henderson.

Eventually, it's time for the Ross County deputy to turn Henderson over to a Vinton County deputy.
