We're gonna be going over the Rosemary Scapicchio-Adam Lally cross-examination from the Miles King hearing for the motion to dismiss the Miles King case that Rosemary Scapicchio filed.

Um, that happened yesterday, and we are lucky because friend of the show, I think, uh, Grant Smith-Ellis from the Towle News Network, uh, was able to get a camera in there, and we have a very interesting angle.

Um, but this camera angle looks like it's directly in front of the judge facing out into the prosecution's table, the defense's table behind them, and then the gallery.

And I th- If this is the same courtroom, we're really getting a glimpse at how tiny this place is.

Um, but Rosemary Scapicchio, uh, basically read Adam Lally for filth.

We've got, uh, we've got a lot of the, uh, the text messages, uh, concerning, uh, Black people.

Myles King is Black, and, uh, Rosemary Scapicchio is his, uh, his attorney, and we had her on earlier this week.

Who are you gonna interview? Who, where is this investigation gonna go? What video are you gonna take? He made all of those, those determinations as an absolute racist, and so for us to stand here and say that didn't matter, I just think it's disgusting.

We learned a few things from defense attorney Rosemary Scapicchio's comments to the media after that hearing.

We learned, most importantly, I think, that the transcript she was asking for was not the transcript from the sidebar hearing that the court conducted with former Trooper Proctor and his attorney.

It was a transcript that the commonwealth had provided to the court the day of the hearing, Monday the 14th, yesterday, and had provided to Trooper Proctor.

Rosemary Scapicchio, who's trying to get the, uh, case thrown out because of, uh, Proctor's, uh, horrific behavior.

He's since been fired by the state police.

Were you surprised when he, uh, took the Fifth Amendment yesterday?

Well, the hearing next week is, the hearing next week is a continuation of the motion to dismiss hearing, where we intend on putting some of the other police officers on the stand, um, because I don't believe personally that Trooper Proctor didn't share his racist thoughts with his, the people that he worked with 12 and 15 hours a day.

Um, so we'll be asking questions, um, regarding their knowledge of who Proct- Trooper Proctor was and what he did in this investigation.

Oh, I love her.

Rosemary Scapicchio.

She is like a bad bitch.

She is incredible.

And Reddington made an emergency appeal to the Supreme Judicial Court to prevent a mistrial, but the state's high court declined to get involved.

And looking forward, Clancy's civil case attorneys, Rosemary Scapicchio and Andrew Meyer, say that they're now aiming to hold doctors responsible.

We would not be here today but for the negligence of her doctors and medical providers.

Scapicchio says that health care officials dropped the ball when it came to their work with Clancy.
