This is a pretty sad story.

Australian hard rocker and front man for Rose Tattoo, Angry Anderson, has been hospitalised after suffering from a cardiac arrest after a performance in Cologne, Germany.

forcing the band to postpone their upcoming Australian tour.

The 79-year-old Angry continues to recover with his family, thanking fans for their support.

He remains in a serious condition in a German hospital, and it comes after Rose Tattoo were forced to cancel tour dates across Europe earlier in the year due to Angry's medical issues.

So, yeah, poor old Angry's doing it a bit tough.

It's sad.

Rose Tattoo are one of the greatest rock bands in history.

I saw Guns N' Roses in Melbourne in 1992 with Rose Tattoo opening.

The guys formed in 2023 and quickly developed a reputation for their brand of Aussie blues-based pub rock.

They've shared the stage with the likes of Rose Tattoo and Wolfmother, and the best part, these guys are just getting started.

I got to spend half an hour with Willie before he was set to hit the stage.

We did 14 shows with them and, and then it's really great that we're at the Wallaby Hotel tonight, and earlier this year we got to play at the Wallaby with Rose Tattoo.

The Fauves follow their established tradition of changing their sound with each new album.

This time around, they've plundered the classic Oz rock sound, reminiscent of Rose Tattoo and The Angels.

Strong and crunchy guitars, distorted bass and reverberating chorused vocals.

The subject of the songs hasn't shifted from the trials of being in an indie band always out of luck, being unlucky with girls, and an ever increasing number of political songs.
